Hi Everyone,
So excited to be back, after taking two days off from Blogging I am finally mentally prepared to just be able to write to you guys, I have decided to start running to release some stress and some of the tension that I been having recently. So with this I want to say I am not trying to loose weight I am just trying to once again releive my stress and stay healthy, many get this confused they think if you are skinny you are healthy, I am not trying to complain of the way I am, I am quite happy with the way I look and feel but I just want something to distract my mind I am sure that many of you guys could understand where I am going with what I am trying to say. Besides that I got very motivated into wanting to go for runs from watching Desperate Housewives lately from the episodes from season 1,2 and so on, on Netflix and I have also got motivated from my youngest sister that she is on track, with these makes me feel that extra push on going with, I have enjoyed going for walks with my pets but I decided I want just that moment of me, or sometimes my little sister besides that here are a few images of Eva Longoria on her run that have motivated me from the show that may motivate all of us to do so, and ooh of course a video as well. There are many ways of exercises we could do, as seen on the video.
