I'm not saying to just stop crying and forget it because its never that easy to just forget it, we need to let our self express these feelings in a healthy way, my way is by expressing my feelings to friends ,family or writing it here, journal wherever it may be I express it in a healthy way because keeping it inside its just letting myself become more stress and bound to hurting someone in a way which I never would like to do, I would always try to think before taking these actions which would harm us but others as well. I would also listen to music to calm myself, I usually tend to hold many things in which I shouldn't be doing but I do, and leads to me becoming angry in which its not healthy but remember everyone has there days, I can't say I am perfect because no one ever is, and I admit that I am not I do make these mistakes but always make the best of every bad situation.
Like I have said before I do read many of Joel Osteen sayings on his twitter to have a positive way to become stronger for example.
"Shake off the negative comments. Keep your head held high, and God will promote you in spite of what they said."
"If you will make somebody else’s day, God will make yours."
As well as for a Spanish actress that I follow named Barbara Mori

Translation:
" If you get up a terrible sadness, do not be intimidated. To break free of this suffering q live it and understand the journey does not end there. "
I hope these words help you as much as they help me, we need to believe in ourselves and have the faith in that every problem we face has a solution later even as hard as it may seem, I am not saying that its easy for me and for others but we always have to try.
